In my opinion, this is a very high-value pick considering Empoli's strong defence and Atalanta's poor scoring form.

Both teams' league form:

a. Atalanta: W1 D1 L3, 3-6 goals scored/conceded, 4/5 matches finished under 2.5
b. Empoli: D2 L3, 4-8 goals scored/conceded, 3/5 matches finished under 2.5

Atalanta's main issue in recent months has been a lack of a focal point in attack. Their first-choice forwards Lookman and Hojlund have been poor lately. Muriel and Zapata who in past seasons very productively alternated as focal points of the Atalanta attack, both have only 1 league goal this season from 17 and 16 appearances respectively, and they have been reduced to playing substitute roles for most of the season.

Empoli have defended strongly without necessarily scoring and conceding the required number of goals to win.
