Backing up the super underdog Machac to at least be competitive against Jannik Sinner.

Machac is finally having his deserved breakthrough after a fantastic week in Miami with solid wins over Rublev, Murray and Arnaldi and I think he can continue to do great things if he stays in good shape.

Sinner's first loss in this current season was against Alcaraz last week at Indian Wells and since then, his level has declined a fair bit. His performances against Vavassori, Griekspoor and O'Connell were not that convincing and all these players were able to at least cover a +5 handicap against the italian while being in my opinion, weaker players compared to Machac.

With the amount of matches that Sinner has played this year, he might not be able to bring his best level at all times and Machac can certainly benefit from that. He shouldn't win this match but I'm quite convinced that he can keep this one a bit closer than the odds suggest.
