[Football- England 'Championship'] 1.1/ 16:00 Plymouth- Watford

Let’s start with Plymouth, they’ve conceded the 3rd most goals in the league (42) in 25 games but have scored the 6th most goals in league (40). A crazy stat that’s hard to believe, they’re in the bottom half of the table (18th) but has scored almost the same amount of goals as the top teams, Leicester who’s 1st in the league has scored 50. Plymouth is only scoreless in 5 of their 25 games played this season.

Let’s look at Watford. They have ok defensive stats (33) goals conceded which is 11th best in the league out of 24 teams, although they havent kept a clean sheet in their last 10 games, they’ve conceded 1 goal or more in their last 10 matches. Watford have scored 7th most goals in the league (39) and are placed 10th in the league. They’ve scored 1 goal or more in 8 straight games now.

On paper Watford is the better side with more well known players and quality, but they haven’t performed aswell as they thought. Watford are the favourites to win this one but Plymouth is very strong at home, every win Plymouth has taken this season has come at their home stadium as they’re yet to win away from home. Both teams are good at scoring that’s for sure, and neither team has good defensive stats. Given that Watford is the better team but they’re coming to a difficult away game I think this will be an unpredictable game to call a winner, but goals will be there I hope and belive aswell given the stats and their respective forms.
