[Football- UEFA Nations League] 13.10/ 20:45 Germany- Switzerland
Manchester United is in chaos at the moment. Just gonna state that now. There has been a lot of negative energy around them after the 6-1 defeat to Tottenham where Martial received a red card. Ole at wheel in / outs, what’s the future of Maguire?, did they panic buy in the window? – There are just huge Xfactors here. I feel that this negativity has been looming for some time now and is being unearthed at the moment tbh. Manchester United has conceded O 1.5 goals in EVERY GAME they have played in this new season. - Has some mayor thing changed after the international break that might bring Man U back on track? – Maybe… But I don’t think so. I see no good option with Telles coming in, Maguire in/out with a knock, Lindelöf + Baily combo. Everything sounds like bad chemistry or bad history. I think the O 1.5 trend will continue here.
Looking at Newcastle. Newcastle has scored in all matches but one (0-3 defeat to Brighton). Last match was a roaring win against Burnley with Callum Wilson and Saint Maximin running the show. Netting 3 goals between them. There was a discussion whether Saint Maximin would be injured, but yet he remains in all predicted line ups out there. Before the Burnley match Newcastle drew against Tottenham somewhat controversial but that makes form look really good and that should give them confidence in this match. Currently they stand 2W-1D-1L, they should feel that this is their game to win vs. a Man U team that has lost 2 out of 3 and conceded 11 goals in the process.
