[Boxing- UK] 12.8/ 23:00 A.Joshua- R.Helenius

Will keep this short and sweet as my luck on here isn’t going too well right now. Helenius has come in at a weeks notice after Whyte failed a drugs test. Helenius beat a bum last weekend and before that was ko’d badly by Wilder in one round late last year. Joshua put in a pretty disciplined performance last time out against Franklin and got a conclusive win. Helenius is damaged goods at this point. He’s 39, he’s been ko’d 3 times in his 4 losses and you can see in his mobility how much he’s slowed down. If Joshua wins he fights Wilder in December, everything’s already been signed by the sounds of it, so Helenius is in there to be an easy blowout for Joshua. Helenius’s super slow movement should make him an easy target for Joshua and I’m expecting Joshua to be landing the jab with ease as soon as the opening bell rings. Although AJ has looked timid since the Ruiz defeat, I still feel he is the second most powerful fighter in the division. He still has fast hands and I think he’s going to be way too much for Helenius. Helenius has an awful open stance and now as he’s even slower he’s going to find it impossible to block or dodge punchers from a fighter like Joshua. I think this one ends very early and Joshua will want to prove a point. I doubt he gets it done as quickly as Wilder but I think Joshua’s speed and power are going to be way too much for Helenius and he’ll blast him out there within the first 6 rounds.
