I don't quite understand how relegation-battling Everton is a -125 favorite. Their form is decent, but nothing spectacular. Only noteworthy win is against Chelsea and I guess Man U. Overall it's very similar to Crystal Palace's form.

Crystal Palace will be playing without Michael Olise, but take a look at Everton's list of injuries and suspensions. Mostly rotational players/subs sure, but Everton will be missing Solomon Rondón, and you still need rotational players to keep tactics flexible in-game.

I know Everton needs this win more than Crystal Palace, but I'm not sure how much of an effect that will have. It's one thing to "go for it", it's quite another to have the ability to actually follow through. And if the earlier 1-3 and 0-4 defeats this season mean anything, Everton's gonna have an uphill battle.
