Akranes is my favorite team to watch and back this season, there have been so much value in betting them blindly. Akranes was a division lower last year, so the fact that they got promoted and actually play some of the best football is crazy.If you just look at recent form, this might persuade you to just throw 5U on Akranes and call it a day, and sure it tempts me as well. But the Iceland league is insanely volatile. I stick to 2U for this exact reason. Also the bookies have adjusted for Akranes already. In the beginning of the season, you would get odds 3 in this spot. I still find value to around 1.85 though.
Akranes plays with high pace and quick finishes. They never really slow down, which is why you sometimes see this crazy games (8-0 against Kopavogur for example). Fylkir was a decent side last year, but they have trouble being consistent. I think Akranes will be too much to handle for them.
