Both teams are through to the next round, but of course, finishing 1st should mean an easier opponent in the knockout rounds. It's the Paraguayan home side that needs to go for the win here, they are 2nd, 2 points behind.
Atletico Nacional from Colombia, kept a clean sheet against Melgar away last round, which was also their first game during the group stage that saw them keep a clean sheet. But Melgar should have scored, and really screwed over their chances for continuing their stay in the Libertadores by not scoring in that game.
Neither side has had a great defensive record in the Libertadores or Sudamericana. I don't see any reason for either side to be too careful here. 1-1 or 2-1 for either side
