[Football- England 'Premier League'] 21.5/ 17:00 Manchester City- Chelsea

City secured the league title with Arsenal capitulating against Forest but really we all knew it was just a formality.

Celebrations will begin in front of a home crowd and the players will surely want to come away with a good game before the festivities.

Now there’s the fear the players will take this game lightly because they want to save themselves and not risk injury for the champions league final, but I’ll go in a direction and say, whether Pep rotates tomorrow or not players are playing for a spot in the biggest game of the season. City are 22 man deep, and the coming month the entire squad will be eager to be part of that history. This isn’t like normal squad who only run 13-14 players deep, City’s second team could comfortably challenge for European places, and that bodes well for dead rubber games like this .

Onto Chelsea, to put it bluntly they’re shit and are not stopping City from getting a goal. While they have found the back of the net lately, they’re still piss poor in front of goal. They’re safe, and out of contention the European spots so I’ll expect them to be going through the motions hoping for the season to end already.

City scored 4 midweek against Madrid, and I expect them to be comfortably up 3-0 by the half with the crowd doing Ol Leis around the 60 minute mark. They’ll have about 70% possession with Auba (if he plays) touching the ball less than 10 times all game.
