[Football- Champions League (Womens)] 21.3/ 18:45 Bayern Munich- Arsenal
This should be a great matchup between two elite teams that are starting to gel in the second half of the season. Bayern dealt with some injuries and shaky form to start the season but have since been on an absolute tear, winning 11 straight and 14/15 with their only loss away to Barcelona, who are far and away the best team on the planet. They BEAT Barcelona during this run as well, being only the second team in over 2 years to do so.
They face Arsenal, a team that lost their two best players (Viv Miedema and Beth Mead) early on in the season but have adjusted pretty well. They don't quite have the firepower as they normally would with two of the 10ish best players in the world leading their attack but do well in the women's version of the Premier League. I do think they'll be slightly outclassed in the midfield today and Bayern's attack will make it so they'll either have to sell out to defend (removing the danger of Arsenal's fullbacks who are typically VERY attacking) or will leave themselves vulnerable in the back.
These are two very good teams but with Bayern's home field advantage and their slight advantage in quality I think they get it done in the first leg of the matchup. I think this should be more in the -140 or -150 range personally which is why I went with ML. For a safer bet you can definitely do Bayern Munich Draw No Bet -185 as well as I think Arsenal won't win the away leg.
