Degerfors is struggling to relegate the Allsvenskan without play-off games, 5 points behind Vaberg's safe place in the table. Yesterday BoIS lost 0: 3 at home to Efsborg, so with today's win Degerfors the loss will decrease to two "points". In the last seven games, the team from Stora Valla did not lose, although they lost points after draws (2-5-0). Defender Gustaf Lagerbielke (acquired a few weeks ago from Elfsborg) brilliantly strengthened the defense of the coaching duo Tobias Solberg - Andreas Holmberg. In the last game against Elfsborg (away 1-1), important midfielder Dennis Orqvist and defender Gustav Granath were sidelined for the cards, but today they are back in the game.
IFK Goteborg will probably be strengthened by the latest 2-1 home win against Malmo. It was a good game by IFK at Gamla Ullevi under pressure from numerous "Blavitt" fans, but generally speaking, "Blue-Whites" looks weak in the fall (defeats against Helsingborg and Sundsvall only confirm this fact).
