[Tennis- ATP London] 14.6/ 13:00 S.Querrey- D.Schwartzman
Two drastically different players face each other on the green courts where the most talented one was never solid on this surface. Everyone knows that Diego is one of the old kings of Clay with an absurd return and ability to sustain himself in long rallies but he's not great in fast surfaces, not even hard courts but much worse in Grass because he really has no time to display his best qualities. If you look at Diego's career he never really cared about this surface with only 18 matches done in Grass where he lost 11 of them and that's not a surprise since we all can agree that his serve is really weak which is understandable for such a small player. It's already remarkable what he has done in Tennis even with his height but on Grass you need a good to average serve otherwise it's really hard to win
Sam Querrey on the other hand is already 34 years old but Grass is by far the best surface for him with a record of 70-35 which is actually insane (66.7% winrate) and his serve should be his main weapon to avoid Diego's return. The american already played 7 matches on Grass this season and won 5 of them and here at Queens he already defeated Majchrzak and Fabbiano in straight sets.
