Nanterre is coming to Ljubljana with only 5 professional players available and without their head coach Pascal Donnadieu. Nanterre wasn't able to have any team training in the last 10 days, because the whole team was in the isolation after coronavirus hit the team. They wanted to postpone this game, but EuroCup didn't grant their wish. They added 3 youngsters Florian Fortas, Samuel Eyango-Dinga and Victor Wembanyama (watchout for him, 2004 born and the biggest NBA prospect by far) so they have 8 players available for the game.

Olimpija already showed this season that they have a good team, superior to the Nanterre. They lost the first game on a road because of problems with rebounding (Mathiang is injured), but since than they brought in Jarrod Jones who isn't a typical center, but still helps a lot under the basket. Because of the two postoponed games, Olimpija had a plenty of time to train really well and prepare for this game. They will not go easy in this one, because the points differential is also very important to them, especially against the Nanterre who can quite possibly has the same amount of wins at the end.
