These odds are way too high imo. Moutet has been playing well on hard since tennis began. He reached 3rd round in USO beating Evans and then lost to FAA (who has been playing well in USO) and Harris in Antwerp who has also been playing well recently. He beat Tiafoe in Sardinia, although Tiafoe might've been tired at that time and if he's agressive enough with his forehand, Tiafoe will be troubled with returning it with backhand throughout the whole match.
Tiafoe is an inconsistent player. I wasn't very impressed by his level vs Lajovic or Evans, but he was alright overall. I feel like Moutet has a slight advantage, but with odds being that high on him there is very good value on hom.
