In the 13th round of the Premier League, the leading Arsenal will go to the away game against Southampton. Arsenal are known to be running fast, but I think the Saints can break their winning streak.
Southampton, after 4 consecutive defeats, woke up a bit and went on the right path. They drew 1-1 with West Ham and won 1-0 at Bournemouth away on the last matchday. I think their position in the table does not reflect their potential at the moment and this streak of 4 defeats is now reflected in the league table, but the Saints can do much more. Chelsea, who went to Saint Mary's Stadium as the favorite, did not even score a point and lost 2: 1, has already found out about their strength this season.
Arsenal on Thursday played a match against PSV in the Europa League. They did not take this match lightly and we saw the core of the team practically in its entirety on the pitch. Even though The Gunners did win, the style in which they did it was very far from what Mikel Arteta's players have gotten used to this season.
The last meeting of these teams took place on April 16 and it was then that Southampton triumphed. They defeated Arsenal 1-0 and then our compatriot Jan Bednarek scored a goal.
I think Arsenal will not have an easy crossing on Sunday and may lose points.
