Arsenal look to remain in the win column after their 3-1 victory against Chelsea on Saturday. They’ve had an abysmal stretch of results prior to that game, but looked strong in their loss to Everton (match prior to Chelsea) and finally got off the snide at home against the Blues. Arsenal will be without Gabriel, Willian and David Luiz due to COVID protocols, but that may honestly work in Arsenal’s favor as it allows for the likes of Saka, Martinelli, and ESR to get in the lineup. Talented youngsters who are hungry to put a shift in and earn their spot.
This match will not be a cake walk though, as Brighton is a strong side with Maupay and Lamptey presenting a capable threat. Brighton has, however, only won once at home in the entire calendar year of 2020 (albeit to Arsenal in June) so the prospect of at least a draw here for the Gunners looks promising.
I like the Gunners to win outright here, but given their luck this season.
