Hi again guys, it has been a long international break so there haven’t really been much to choose from lately, but today I’m trying my luck with some International friendly games.

Ireland and Belgium play warm up games as the Belgians begin their preparation for the upcoming summer European Championship

Ireland's recent run of results has been mixed and inconsistent. It has been difficult to pick up points or get results. They are in the middle of the search for a new national team coach after their most recent coach stepped down at the end of 2023, not very optimal when facing a team like Belgium.

Belgium's streak is very impressive, not a single loss since the World Cup in 2022. It is something of a new Belgian national team that is starting to take shape, no Kevin de Bruyne but an exciting national team in general that has done extremely well in the past year.

Belgium haven't lost an international since 2022, and I find it very difficult to see why they would do that against Ireland who have been struggling for a long time now.

A lot of players want to take the chance to show off before this summer's championship which should give the Belgian players some extra motivation regardless of the possible starting eleven.

Ireland will try to stand up to this Belgian national team and work hard but I’m not sure there’s enough quality. I expect Belgium to win this one, they’re a exciting team with a lot of quality and a record that is remarkable.
