[Boxing- New Zealand] 28.2/ 10:00 Josep Parker- Junior Fa
I expect Parker to knockout Fa sometime before round 8. Fa has been fed stiffs and his development as a pro has not been good. Parker has world class experience and he also has a very big speed-gap between the two. Fa also has a questionable chin, nearly getting KOd by a 43 year old Guinn, who was really a part-time boxer in 2019.
Fa owns two wins over Parker as amateurs but the pro-game is different. Tillman beat Tyson as an amateur and I don't think he lasted 1/2 a round against Tyson as a pro.
I do not see Fa lasting past 10 rounds and if Fa is to pull off the upset, it will be by KO. Now if we get a snooze-fest, it will most likely be a very, very wide decision for Parker. But given what I have seen from Fa, I doubt we get that type of fight. Fa is flat-footed and does not fight backing up, most likely he eats a right hand from Parker and goes to sleep.
