Despite Inter Milan having the quality to breeze past Fiorentina, whenever these two play yields an extremely tight affair, from high scoring games to deadlocks. A couple weeks ago they faced off in the cup and it took the final minute of extra time for Inter to seal it 1-2.
Nevertheless, despite Fiorentina always putting up a fight, they still haven't beaten Inter in 9 games and frankly, they just don't have the quality to do so. Inter have had great form so far while Fiorentina is all over the place.
Inter do have a big match up against Juventus in a few days time so may opt to rest some players, but not without sealing a win here. A win here puts them top of the table and any point dropped will let AC Milan increase their lead while Juventus and Napoli will catch up and could overtake with their 2 games in hand on Inter.
