[Basketball-Latvian/Estonian League] 14.11/ 16:00 Ventspils- BK Ogre
The match today is between 2 Latvian teams, one of them being on a raising path while the other is going a bit down considering the last seasons, Ventpils used to be one of the best Latvian teams in the recent years but this season it seems that they started to slow it down, even tho they had great results this season so far, their team is weaker than the last seasons while Ogre managed to build a good roster for this season.
I've seen Ogre playing against what's arguably the best team in this league, VEF Riga, in the last round, they had a good run, lost just by 7 which is a good sign to me.
Also they had a recent game against Ventspils, where they were HUGE favorites but ended up losing due to an incredible performance by a guy named Gulbis, this guy didn't play in the last 2 games for Ventspils, I don't have any info if he's gonna play or not but I hope for the last even tho I expect a revenge here, the odds switch is incredible tho, 1 month ago Ogre was 1.10 favs against Ventspils and now they are 2.80-3.60 dogs, yea they lost the first game, yea it's an away match now but still...too big odds not to take them and just one month between the games with no roster modifications or bad results
