Finally a win to break the losing streak. Pretty close, low energy game between the teams. Liverpool score in the 80th to tie the game and win the bet.

Today I’m looking at a league that I am not the biggest fan of for betting but I do like this line quite a bit. Typically you won’t see unders under like the 1.70 ish range but I think there’s a reason for this line being at this value. This two teams are in the top 3 best defensive teams in the top 5 leagues if you look at the stats. They’ve only conceded 13 between them and they typically have quite low scoring games. In 12 Serie A matches they both have 8 clean sheets. In their last 5 head to head, the over has hit in only 1 game.

It should play out as a closely matched, defensive game, though I do give the edge to Inter, especially with a couple injuries to Juve’s midfield. There’s honestly not much more to analyze to this, it’s always possible that this game completely opens up, or sees an early goal, but that’s betting with this sport. I expect these guys to focus hard on defensive solidity, especially Juventus, knowing that Inter are likely the slightly stronger team. Juve have also only conceded a single goal in their last 7 in the league. I think if there are goals in this match, they’ll likely come in the second half as usually this is the theme with defensive teams. I may look to places a small amount on the u0.5 at half.

The one potential risk with this bet is a red card, because this will be a very heated, tough battle, but even with 10 men for either team I expect them to just park the bus. My prediction for the game is a close 0-1 win for Inter.
