Slovenia in a good position in their group, and could move into top 2 with a win here. At home they have onlt lost three times in their last 20 games(Sweeden, Russia, Austria) Northern Irland won their opening game against San Marino, but lost the next three, all ending 1-0.
Being away is difficult, seeing how Norther Irland have only beaten the minows of Europe away. San Marino, Luxemburg, Estonnia, Lithuania and Malta is their only wins in their last 15 away. Northern Irland probably needs to gofor the win at this point, and the manager Michael O'Neil has said the will go for the win. Slovenia needs to win at home if they are going to get out of this group. I think Slovenia is both the better team and has home advantage.
