To get to ten in a row I'm choosing a BTTS bet, which usually I stay away from but I am feeling fairly confident about this one. Besiktas won the first leg away from home in Kyiv 3-2, a very entertaining, end-to-end match. In terms of quality, both teams are about at the same level, both sit midtable in their respective leagues, and both have leaky defenses.

It is not only the 3-2 first leg that makes me lean toward BTTS again. For Kyiv, there have been at least 3 goals scored in their last 4 games out of 5, and BTTS has hit in 4 of last 5 as well. Similar for Besiktas, in their last 5 games of Besiktas, both teams have scored in 4 games.

A one-goal advantage in any match is usually favorable for BTTS in the return leg, as the team in deficit has to open the game up and takes risks as the game goes on. I expect Kyiv to try and start quickly here, but if they concede goals they will have no choice but to throw everything at goal in hopes of scraping through the draw. I wouldn't be surprised if both teams have scored by half time.

Former West Ham winger Masuaku is a major doubt for the match for the hosts, and losing him will make the team's defense all the more susceptible to conceding chances from that flank. Besiktas I would still say are favorites for this match, so most of this bet is betting on Kyiv to at least get one goal. But considering the subpar defensive performances of Besiktas recently I don't think its out of question that the Ukrainian team grab at least one goal. They had seven shots on target in the first match and will have to be again very attacking minded to get anything from this game.

My prediction is 2-1 Besiktas at full time, or 1-1.
