[Football- Conference League] 8.7/ 17:30 Inter Turku - Puskas Academy

The debut season of the new European competitions. I chose this match because I see the potential for the visitors to win here. The Finnish league has been playing for 11 matches, Turku is currently in 2nd place. I believe that the level of both leagues is comparable, but I value the Hungarian team more and it is them that I would like to focus on.

Puskas Academy is a young club founded in 2005 as Labdarugó Akadémia Felcsút. The founder of the Football Academy is a great football lover, the current Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who was born and lived in Felcsut. On April 1, 2007, the Academy was officially opened and, with the consent of the family, named after the greatest Hungarian player of all time, Ferenc Puskás, on his 80th birthday. As Viktor Orban's favorite football club, Videoton FC has established cooperation with the Academy in Felcsut. In summer 2009, local second-tier club FC Felcsút merged with Videoton, and the club's second team automatically moved from third to second tier. In the next season 2010/11 the club took the name Videoton-Puskás Akadémia and took 3rd place in the western group of the 2nd league. In the 2011/12 season he was ranked 8th, and in the 2012/13 season under the name Puskás Akadémia FC, he won the title in the western group of the 2nd league and was promoted to the first league for the first time.

From now on, the position of the club in Hungarian football is growing every season, and so, for example, in the 2017/18 season it was the finalist of the Hungarian Cup, in the 2019/20 season, Puskas Academy finished the games in 3rd place, and in the previous 2020/21 season, it already became the vice-champion of the country. second only to Ferencvaros. Of course, it has to do with the Prime Minister Orban himself, who spares no money for the development of the fancy club. Puskas Academy, as the name suggests, eagerly uses talented young players to catch them through the system created a few years ago in Hungary and focuses on this club.

Despite the fact that the Hungarians have not started the league season yet, I will decide to play for their victory. Puskas Academy presented itself quite well in the sparring matches. Collected 4 victories (FC Juniors, CFR Cluj, Aluminij, Trnava) scoring 9 goals without conceding any. I think the Hungarian team can afford to fight in Finland for the win, which I hope for.
