The Netherlands are kind of a mess right now. They have many quality players but important players in Van Dijk, Van de Beek and Cillessen are out! They hav a leaky defense and thin depth in midfield and the offense is dependent on Depay.
Coach Frank de Boer is also under pressure to perform as the whole nation wants him out. This game will be played in Amsterdam though but we have to see how they will perform against an annoying to play Ukraine.
Ukraine is extremely hard to play against. They have a solid defense, fast counter attack and they don’t need many chances to score. They scored against big teams like Germany, France and Spain.
They are to expected to finish third behind the Netherlands and Austria but I wouldn’t be surprised if they advance to the knock out stages. I also wouldn’t be surprised if they end up winning this game but I keep it safe.
