For me, Evans is not such a big favorite of this match. First of all, the American has a better service and it will be really hard to break. Evans may be defending a lot of bp in his matches, but he is also stupidly driving them to them, and he will not always have a day to defend 20 vs 20 bp. The American looks pretty solid here and is not afraid to go to the net, which gives him quite a lot of points. Britol also uses a 1-handed backhand, which I do not think is very effective at this tournament, because the ball head is low and the surface is very fast, and Evans usually does not work amazingly on his legs. In my opinion, if the American hits well with the first pass, he will win this match after 2 tiebreaks.
