[Football- Scotland 'Premiership'] 16.9/ 16:00 Ross County- Livingston

Ross County are looking like the dark horses so far in these early days of the Scottish Premiership. They have played 4, won 2 and lost 2. They beat St Johnstone at home and, more impressively, beat Kilmarnock away at Rugby Park. They have lost to Celtic and Rangers which is expected. Who have Celtic and Rangers lost to? - Kilmarnock! If only football was that simple....

But tomorrow County play Livingston. They've actually had a not bad start to the season given there was a bit of doom and gloom surrounding Livi before a ball was picked. Now drawing with St Mirren at home at the Tony Macaroni is a result not to be sniffed at. That was good. Livi have lost to Rangers and - most impressively- beat Hibs away at Easter Road, although that was in the dying throes of the Lee Johnson era and I don't think we should be taking too much note of that result here. This game is by no means a gimme but I think that Ross County at 2.37 odds (as I write this) on Bet 365 presents tremendous value. The previous marking was 2.87 so the odds have dropped a fair bit. Nobody wants to make that long treck up to Dingwall all the way in the Scottish Highlands and Ross County's form so far has proven they are by far no pushovers this year. I think they're a very underrated team who will give any team in the Scottish Premiership a hell of a game this year. Ross County have something about them this year. Livingston on the other hand are not very exciting. Their whole modus operandi is staying afloat and in the division. Beating Hibs at Easter Road was a case of right game, right time for them and, while a point against a chipper St Mirren was a very good result for them, I'm edging for the Staggies to take all 3 points tomorrow.
