Without Messi this Miami team will be severely weakened. He just runs the entire game when he is playing and the offense is wholly reliant on him. It’s also possible Miami will have close to 9 players unavailable for this match. Uncertain for now so maybe a good idea to wait until the lineup is out.

DeAndre Yedlin, Miami’s main right back is out for this game, which leaves Daniel Salloi, Sporting KC’s main attacking threat, up against an inferior replacement. KC are two points behind a playoff placement and just beat the top team in the west, St. Louis FC in their last match. They look to have picked up form and are on a two game winning run, and will be looking to reach the 500 away goals mark for the club.

I think this just comes down to how you think Miami will perform without Messi and key players. This is just a too favorable line for KC and at a minimum i think they can grab a point. My prediction is 2-2.
